Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and resolve complex technical challenges that impact project delivery. - Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous improvement among team members. - Support junior professionals by providing guidance and mentorship to enhance their technical and professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Applications DBA. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft SQL Server. - Strong expertise in database management, performance tuning, and backup and recovery strategies. - Ability to design and implement database security measures to protect sensitive information. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving database-related issues in complex environments. - Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline database administration tasks.
