This role requires defining solutions that effectively address performance requirements, enhance capabilities, and ensure scalability. The position demands a thoughtful approach to integrating various technology components to create cohesive and efficient systems that support organizational goals and evolving business needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the development and implementation of architectural strategies that align with business objectives. - Facilitate communication and coordination among diverse technical teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Architecture Framework. - Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and best practices for scalable and high-performance systems. - Experience in evaluating and selecting appropriate technology stacks and tools to meet project requirements. - Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and develop innovative, practical solutions. - Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technology strategies with business goals.
