This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance in a dynamic work environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and troubleshoot complex issues. - Document findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future reference. - Assist in the implementation of system updates and enhancements to improve overall functionality. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing expertise to foster professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle CPQ Cloud (Big Machines). - Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on diagnosing and resolving software issues. - Experience in monitoring and maintaining enterprise-level software applications. - Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes of problems. - Familiarity with software lifecycle processes and change management practices. - Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
