This role requires taking ownership of the project lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the solutions delivered align with organizational goals. The position demands proactive communication and problem-solving to address challenges that arise during the development process, while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable software products. Collaboration and leadership are key elements throughout the day, as the engineer guides the team and manages project priorities effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project standards. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technical solutions with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Cloud. - Strong experience in developing and customizing SAP applications using ABAP programming language. - Ability to design and implement complex business logic and workflows within the SAP environment. - Familiarity with cloud-based development and deployment models specific to SAP solutions. - Experience in debugging, performance tuning, and optimizing SAP ABAP code for efficient execution. - Knowledge of integration techniques between SAP and other enterprise systems.
