This role requires continuous evaluation of model performance and effectiveness, ensuring that solutions align with organizational goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into analytical approaches is a key aspect of daily activities. The position also involves monitoring the impact of deployed models and refining them to enhance accuracy and value over time, contributing to data-driven decision-making processes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Continuously update knowledge on emerging trends and technologies to enhance project outcomes. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Science. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights. - Experience in designing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms. - Familiarity with data preprocessing techniques including cleaning, transformation, and normalization. - Ability to evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and validation techniques. - Competence in using programming languages and tools commonly associated with data science workflows.
