What are we looking for? • We are looking for an experienced Analytics Delivery Lead with 11+ years of experience, including 5+ years in marketing analytics and analytics automation leadership. The ideal candidate combines strong analytics expertise with AI or GenAI transformation, automation, and delivery management capabilities. Must demonstrate hands on SQL or Python knowledge, strategic problem solving, client consulting, stakeholder management, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams while delivering measurable productivity and business improvements • Experience designing or implementing GenAI or LLM powered analytics solutions, Agentic AI workflows, AI orchestration, and automation frameworks. Exposure to advanced analytics techniques. Familiarity with cloud data platforms, data engineering, APIs, and modern analytics architectures. Proven experience driving AI transformation, productivity benefits, and scalable analytics solutions for global clients. Roles and Responsibilities: • AI, Automation & Transformation • Identify and drive AI, GenAI or LLM, Agentic AI, and automation opportunities across marketing analytics and operations • Translate business challenges into AI enabled solutions, transformation roadmaps, and measurable productivity initiatives • Collaborate with AI, Data Science, Engineering, and Technology teams to implement and scale solutions • Track adoption, efficiency gains, quality improvements, and business benefits • Analytics Delivery Leadership • Own end-to-end delivery of marketing analytics services, including campaign measurement, CRM analytics, audience insights, and reporting • Manage delivery governance, resource capacity, prioritization, risks, dependencies, quality, and SLAor KPI performance • Ensure timely delivery of accurate, actionable insights aligned with client objectives • Process Transformation & Continuous Improvement • Identify process inefficiencies and opportunities to reduce manual effort through automation and standardization • Design scalable future-state processes and operating models to improve productivity, turnaround time, and quality • Client & Stakeholder Management • Act as a trusted analytics advisor, translating client priorities into analytics and transformation initiatives • Lead stakeholder discussions on solution design, AI adoption, business cases, and implementation roadmaps • Present insights, recommendations, and delivery performance to senior stakeholders • Team & Resource Leadership • Lead and mentor multidisciplinary analytics teams across analytics, BI, data science, and engineering • Manage resource planning, team performance, hiring, and capability development • Foster an AI-first, innovation-driven, continuous-improvement culture Any Graduation Important Notice We have been alerted to the existence of fraudulent messages asking job seekers to set up payment to cover various costs associated with establishing employment at Accenture.
