This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behaviors, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous collaboration with different teams to maintain system stability and deliver timely solutions that support business continuity and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to improve system reliability and performance through effective problem-solving strategies. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and support capabilities. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on issue resolution and system updates. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Generative AI, Machine Learning (ML). - Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on debugging and troubleshooting complex software issues. - Familiarity with software lifecycle processes and incident management practices. - Ability to analyze logs, trace errors, and identify root causes in multi-component systems. - Experience working in collaborative environments to support and maintain critical applications.
