Your work supports specific business requirements by continuously refining and enhancing software performance and functionality, contributing to the overall success of projects and organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions. - Maintain and update existing software components to improve reliability and performance. - Document development processes and solutions to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team. - Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services. - Experience in designing and implementing data integration and transformation workflows. - Strong understanding of data quality and data governance principles. - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize data processing jobs for performance improvements. - Familiarity with database technologies and SQL for data extraction and manipulation. - Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
