This role requires continuous coordination to ensure seamless operational flow, maintaining high standards of service quality and cost efficiency. The position also involves guiding delivery teams with a focus on leadership and strategic growth, while actively participating in the development of innovative solutions and supporting business expansion efforts through collaboration with various stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead initiatives to enhance operational processes and improve service delivery outcomes. - Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and facilitating their professional development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Delivery. - Strong leadership and team management capabilities to drive performance and achieve operational goals. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and clients. - Ability to analyze complex operational challenges and develop practical, scalable solutions. - Experience in managing service quality, cost control, and delivery excellence within client-focused environments. - Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams and aligning efforts towards common objectives.
