We embrace the power of change to create value and shared success for our clients, people, shareholders, partners and communities.Visit us at www.accenture.com What would you do? • You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. • The Intercompany Accounting team records, bills, transfers and reconciles cross-entity transactions under approved policies, agreements, transfer-pricing instructions and account mappings. It confirms balances, investigates mismatches, supports foreign-currency remeasurement and CTA entries where procedures permit, and prepares period-end confirmation and elimination schedules for consolidated reporting. • A type of general ledger account which contains a summary of sub-ledger accounts. • Because the reconciliation account only provides a summary, no transactions are directly posted to the account. What are we looking for? • We are looking for individuals who have the following skillset: • • Finance Processes • • Intercompany accounting, due-to and due-from balances, billing, settlement, confirmations, eliminations and month-end close • • Foreign-currency remeasurement, CTA concepts and multi-entity accounting • Systems Knowledge (preferred) • • Exposure to Yardi ERP and BlackLine • Industry Experience (preferred) • • Experience in Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) Roles and Responsibilities: • • In this role, you are required to analyze and solve lower-complexity problems • • Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors • • You may have limited exposure with clients and Accenture management • • You will be given moderate level instructions on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments • • Record approved intercompany transactions, generate billings and process routine transfers accurately within close timelines. • • Perform monthly reconciliations and confirmations; identify timing, currency, coding and counterparty differences and drive resolution. • • Prepare elimination schedules and support consolidation, maintaining a clear audit trail for all adjustments. • • Escalate policy, transfer-pricing, settlement and post-close adjustment questions to the appropriate retained owner, specific KPI targets • Please note this role may require you to work in rotational shifts.
