This role requires defining solutions that address critical aspects such as performance, capability, and scalability to ensure robust and efficient systems. The position demands a strategic approach to technology design, balancing innovation with practical implementation to meet evolving business needs and technical challenges. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging technologies to enhance architectural frameworks. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Integration Hub. - Strong experience in designing scalable and high-performance technology architectures. - Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective architectural solutions. - Familiarity with integration patterns and best practices for connecting diverse systems and platforms. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on cross-team collaboration and solution delivery.
