This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behaviors, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The professional collaborates with different teams to maintain system stability and promptly address any disruptions that may impact business processes, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of the technology environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of application issues and continuous service improvement. - Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential risks to prevent service interruptions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM). - Strong knowledge of incident, problem, and change management processes within IT service frameworks. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues in enterprise environments. - Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to diagnose root causes effectively. - Familiarity with configuration management and service catalog management in ITSM platforms. - Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
