Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead strategic planning and resource allocation to optimize project delivery. - Facilitate risk management processes to identify and mitigate potential project challenges. - Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management. - Strong skills in stakeholder communication and expectation management. - Experience in defining project scope and monitoring execution of deliverables. - Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively. - Competence in risk assessment and mitigation strategies within project environments. - Skilled in problem-solving and decision-making to support project success.
