Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure knowledge sharing within the team. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project objectives and deliverables with business needs. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration. - Strong knowledge of system architecture and landscape management within SAP environments. - Experience in performance tuning, troubleshooting, and system monitoring to maintain optimal system health. - Familiarity with database management and backup strategies related to SAP systems. - Ability to manage system upgrades, patches, and transport management effectively. - Understanding of security protocols and user administration in SAP Basis.
