Throughout the day, the engineer balances coding, testing, and refining software elements while adapting to dynamic project needs and contributing to overall system improvements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve productivity and quality. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Architecture, Cloud Technology Architecture. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Cloud Technology Architecture. - Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure design and deployment strategies. - Experience in designing scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions. - Familiarity with infrastructure as code and automation tools to streamline cloud operations. - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize cloud-based applications and services.
