This role requires defining robust solutions that address critical aspects such as performance optimization, capability enhancement, and scalability to support evolving business needs. The position demands continuous evaluation and refinement of architectural frameworks to ensure alignment with organizational goals and technological advancements, fostering innovation and efficiency throughout the development lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards. - Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to align objectives. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD), Technical Architect. - Experience in designing scalable and high-performance technology architectures within enterprise environments. - Strong knowledge of integration techniques and platform customization to meet diverse business requirements. - Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and develop innovative solutions. - Familiarity with cloud-based services and their application in enhancing platform capabilities.
