Live Out Care Role

Job Description We are looking for people to join our team of Live out Care Professionals in Bristol, with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients.  As a Live Out Care Professional, you will be in a client's home for 12 hours a day and provide a variety of services to help promote independence in their own home. You will need to have a minimum of 2 years' experience of working in the care sector. You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful. You will enjoy building professional friendships and be comfortable spending time in the company of others. Qualifications Driver with own car essential. Must live in Bristol or surrounding areas, and be prepared to travel to and from the client daily Excellent organisational ability and time management skills. The ability to liaise with other professionals involved in the clients care. An innate sense of warmth and friendliness, facilitating positive client relationships. Good communication skills. The right to work in the UK as we are unable to provide sponsorship.
