Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements. Must have skills : Jakarta EE Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves engaging closely with clients to offer expert advice on business and system integration challenges. This role requires understanding client requirements thoroughly and translating them into practical business and technology solutions. The Integration Engineer actively participates in discussions around transformation initiatives and customer journey mapping, ensuring that both functional and application designs align with the client s business needs. Collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver effective integration strategies and solutions is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering seamless technology adoption and business process improvements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify integration challenges and propose innovative solutions that enhance system interoperability. - Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on integration objectives. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Jakarta EE. - Strong experience in designing and implementing integration solutions using enterprise Java technologies. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs. - Familiarity with service-oriented architecture and microservices principles. - Experience with middleware technologies and API management. - Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving integration issues to maintain system reliability.
