This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical aspects and serving as the main liaison for stakeholders. The position demands coordinating with various teams to ensure the application meets business requirements and operates efficiently. Problem-solving and decision-making are integral throughout the day, alongside managing timelines and delivering high-quality solutions that align with organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development. - Ensure the quality and performance of applications through rigorous testing and validation. - Document technical specifications and maintain clear communication with stakeholders. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Enterprise Data Management (EDM). - Strong experience in application design and configuration within enterprise environments. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues effectively. - Familiarity with data management principles and best practices. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Capability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting while managing individual responsibilities.
