This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behaviors, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous vigilance and dynamic problem-solving to maintain system reliability and support business continuity in a fast-paced environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability. - Document findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing within the team. - Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system monitoring and incident management. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing expertise. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering. - Strong understanding of system architecture and infrastructure components related to Site Reliability Engineering. - Experience with incident response and root cause analysis in complex software environments. - Ability to design and implement monitoring solutions to ensure system health and availability. - Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline operational tasks. - Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues in distributed systems and cloud environments.
