Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the design and implementation of software architecture to meet complex business challenges. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of software solutions with organizational objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AI & Data Solution Architecture. - Strong experience in designing scalable software architectures that support data-driven applications. - Expertise in integrating AI technologies with existing enterprise systems. - Ability to apply agile development practices to deliver iterative and incremental software improvements. - Skilled in evaluating and selecting appropriate frameworks and tools to optimize solution performance. - Experience in troubleshooting complex software issues and providing effective resolutions.
