This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous engagement with complex software environments to maintain system reliability and support business continuity through effective troubleshooting and problem resolution. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and maintain system stability. - Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential risks to prevent disruptions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Tagetik Planning Budgeting and Forecasting. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to application support and issue resolution. - Experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting complex software issues within enterprise environments. - Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams to manage and resolve technical challenges. - Familiarity with system monitoring tools and techniques to ensure optimal application performance. - Excellent communication skills to effectively document issues and interact with stakeholders.
