This role requires actively engaging in the full software development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration of front-end and back-end components. The engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to deliver innovative and efficient solutions that enhance client services. Embracing a cloud-first and agile approach, the workday includes exploring and applying emerging technologies to address complex business challenges while maintaining high standards of quality and performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines. - Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and product quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, Microsoft Azure Architecture. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure Architecture. - Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. - Experience with backend development using Java and related frameworks. - Familiarity with database design and management, including SQL and NoSQL databases. - Understanding of cloud computing principles and deployment models.
