This role requires capturing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and defining comprehensive business solutions that align with strategic goals. The Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-driven solutions and operational frameworks. Additionally, the role supports organizational transformation by developing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and fostering collaboration across teams. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the development and communication of business architecture artifacts to support strategic planning and decision-making. - Facilitate alignment between business goals and technology capabilities by working closely with stakeholders across departments. - Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their understanding of business architecture principles and practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire PolicyCenter. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities. - Excellent communication skills to effectively translate business requirements into technical specifications. - Experience in developing business cases and supporting transformation initiatives. - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations. - Skilled in defining operating models and aligning them with technology solutions.
