Technology Support Engineer

Project Role : Technology Support Engineer Project Role Description : Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution. The role includes managing change requests and continuously updating documentation to enhance troubleshooting processes. Collaboration with external vendors and internal service management teams is a key part of the daily routine, ensuring timely analysis and resolution of issues that impact business continuity. This position requires a proactive approach to maintaining system reliability and supporting operational excellence across multiple platforms. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to facilitate effective problem resolution. - Maintain and improve operational processes to enhance system stability and performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Infrastructure. - Strong understanding of cloud architecture and deployment models. - Experience with cloud service management and incident resolution. - Knowledge of automation tools and scripting for cloud environments. - Ability to monitor and optimize cloud resource utilization. - Familiarity with security best practices in cloud infrastructure.
