Logistics Demand Planner

Job Description WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS POSITION: Analyze item and category performance to identify demand drivers and market trends. Collaborate with relevant departments to align demand forecasts with business needs and market conditions. Monitor forecast performance, identify deviations and drive continuous improvements in forecast accuracy. Optimize settings in the automated planning system (BlueYonder) to reflect actual demand. Develop and implement action plans to improve forecasting processes and planning efficiency. Collaborate with Sales, Category Management, Operations and Supply Planning teams to ensure forecast alignment. Identify demand planning risks and implement mitigation actions to improve product availability and inventory performance. Qualifications WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS POSITION: • 1 year of experience in analysis and planning.  • Advanced computer skills and proficiency in analytical tools. • Strong English skills (B2 or higher). • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Organizational skills and proactiveness. • Adaptability and ability to build trust with colleagues and partners. • Commitment to quality and continuous learning.
