The role includes coding and testing multiple components of application code, ensuring that the software functions efficiently and effectively. Additionally, the position requires performing maintenance and enhancements to existing applications, adapting to evolving client demands and technological advancements. Collaboration with different stakeholders to understand project goals and deliver high-quality software is an integral part of the daily routine, fostering continuous improvement and innovation within the development process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to promote best practices and technical expertise within the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Cloud. - Experience in developing and maintaining cloud-based applications using SAP ABAP Cloud environment. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in application code. - Familiarity with integration techniques and tools within SAP ecosystems. - Competence in optimizing application performance and ensuring scalability.
