Manage back office system data records. Support customer activations and configuration adjustments. Must have skills : Network Infrastructures Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Network and Services Operations Representative, a typical day involves configuring, integrating, and overseeing the entire life cycle of telecommunication network elements. This role includes managing associated configurations across both Fulfillment and Assurance processes. The position requires maintaining accurate back office system data records and providing support for customer activations and configuration modifications. The role demands continuous coordination to ensure smooth network operations and timely adjustments to meet evolving customer needs and service requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Oversee the implementation of network configurations to ensure alignment with operational standards. - Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to streamline network service delivery. - Monitor network element performance and initiate corrective actions when necessary. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures. - Experience with network configuration management and lifecycle processes. - Strong understanding of telecommunication network elements and their integration. - Ability to manage and maintain back office system data records accurately. - Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving network configuration issues. - Familiarity with customer activation processes and configuration adjustments.
