The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to understand requirements, iterating on application designs, and refining configurations to optimize performance and usability. Attention to detail and adaptability are essential as the engineer navigates through complex challenges to deliver effective software solutions that support business operations seamlessly. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members. - Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks. - Experience with cloud-based data engineering and analytics platforms. - Strong understanding of distributed computing and big data processing frameworks. - Ability to design scalable and maintainable data pipelines. - Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline workflows. - Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing application performance within cloud environments.
