You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies and modern development frameworks to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Your role is dynamic, requiring continuous adaptation to evolving project needs and close coordination with team members to achieve high-quality outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development. - Maintain and enhance existing software components to improve performance and reliability. - Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance. - Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI). - Strong experience in data modeling and report development within business intelligence platforms. - Ability to design and implement scalable dashboards and visualizations that support decision-making. - Familiarity with integrating data from multiple sources to create comprehensive analytical solutions. - Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing business intelligence solutions for enhanced performance. - Knowledge of best practices in data governance and security within business intelligence environments.
