The position demands continuous interaction with team members to ensure that the developed applications effectively support business operations and enhance overall efficiency. Throughout the day, the engineer balances technical design activities with communication and coordination efforts to deliver high-quality software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. - Assist in the development and implementation of custom software solutions that align with business objectives. - Support the testing and validation of applications to ensure they meet quality standards. - Document technical specifications and design decisions to facilitate knowledge sharing. - Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP programming concepts and HANA database integration. - Experience in developing and optimizing custom reports, interfaces, and enhancements within SAP environments. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP ABAP applications. - Familiarity with performance tuning and code optimization techniques specific to SAP HANA. - Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies in SAP projects.
