This role requires actively contributing to the creation of innovative solutions that enhance client services. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality across the entire system is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering continuous improvement and problem-solving in a dynamic setting. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices that improve team efficiency and product quality. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. - Experience with backend development using Java and related frameworks. - Familiarity with database management and integration techniques. - Understanding of cloud computing concepts and agile software development practices. - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance across the full stack.
