Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes within the Decatur area Navigate routes efficiently using GPS and route optimization tools to maximize delivery productivity Provide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery point, ensuring a positive brand experience Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation, including signatures and delivery confirmations Inspect vehicle condition daily and report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly Handle packages with care, ensuring products arrive in excellent condition Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or customer concerns Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating company vehicles Build positive relationships with customers and represent the company with integrity and professionalism Manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules and performance goals Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving history Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery operations Excellent time management and organizational skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and basic technology Reliable transportation and commitment to punctuality Professional attitude with a customer-focused mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Valid proof of insurance for personal vehicle used for deliveries Willingness to pass a criminal background check MBR Management Corporation is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
