You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies and modern development frameworks to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software. Your work focuses on meeting unique business requirements by continuously refining and enhancing software elements to support organizational goals and operational excellence. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions. - Maintain and update existing software components to improve performance and reliability. - Document development processes and code changes to ensure clarity and maintainability. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SRM. - Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable software components. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues efficiently. - Familiarity with integration of custom solutions within enterprise environments. - Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
