Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration into project workflows. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. - Experience with back-end development using Java and related frameworks. - Familiarity with database management and integration techniques. - Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures. - Competence in debugging, testing, and optimizing application performance.
