This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions to maintain system stability and performance. The position demands continuous collaboration with different teams to ensure seamless operations and timely resolution of challenges that impact critical business functions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline workflows and improve system reliability. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and problem-solving skills. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and issue resolution. - Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to support processes and tools. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Micro Focus Operations Orchestration. - Experience in designing and implementing automated workflows to optimize operational efficiency. - Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex software and system issues. - Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify potential risks and bottlenecks. - Familiarity with integration of various IT service management tools and platforms. - Capability to document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles for team use.
