Collaboration and continuous refinement of software components are key aspects of the daily workflow, ensuring that the end product aligns with evolving business needs and technological advancements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development. - Maintain and enhance existing software components to improve performance and reliability. - Document technical specifications and development processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance. - Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in understanding project requirements and technical challenges. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Configurable Network Computing (CNC). - Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable software solutions. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within enterprise applications. - Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect various software components. - Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
