This role requires evaluating the existing business model and how it aligns with technological components. The professional spends time identifying the needs of customers and stakeholders, envisioning future improvements or solutions that can enhance business performance. Gathering and synthesizing relevant information from various sources is a key part of the daily routine, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning to support organizational growth and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment of goals and expectations. - Support the development and implementation of business strategies by providing detailed analysis and insights. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding of business processes and analytical techniques. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Insights. - Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business recommendations. - Excellent communication skills to effectively convey findings and collaborate with diverse teams. - Ability to map and model business processes to identify areas for improvement. - Experience in gathering and synthesizing information from multiple sources to support decision-making. - Skilled in stakeholder management and requirement elicitation to ensure solutions meet business needs.
