The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and reliability of the systems. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that maintain compatibility and optimal performance across environments. Collaboration with different teams to align technical solutions with organizational goals is a key aspect of daily activities, ensuring seamless operation and continuous improvement of the applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and mitigate risks impacting system reliability and performance. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement by mentoring team members and promoting best practices in site reliability. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering. - Experience with incident management and root cause analysis to maintain high system availability. - Strong knowledge of automation tools and scripting to streamline operational tasks. - Ability to monitor system health and performance metrics to proactively address potential issues. - Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and deployment models to support scalable application environments. - Competence in troubleshooting complex technical problems and implementing effective solutions.
