Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the evaluation and integration of new technologies to enhance software capabilities and performance. - Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and ensure quality deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Mainframe Modernization. - Strong expertise in legacy system analysis and transformation techniques. - Experience with software architecture design and implementation in complex environments. - Ability to apply agile development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines. - Skilled in performance tuning and optimization of modernized applications. - Competence in collaborating across cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
